The Story Behind The Brand

The journey of Shobitha Reddy Flour Mills started in 2023 in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, with a simple mission – to provide fresh, hygienic, and authentic batters and spice mixes that bring the taste of home to every meal. Founded by Mrs. Shobitha Reddy Dega, our brand began with a small team of 5 employees and limited production capacity. We initially focused on dosa and idli batter, two staples of South Indian households.

Within months, our customer base grew rapidly. Families appreciated the convenience of ready-to-cook food without compromising on health or authenticity. Encouraged by this support, we expanded into whole wheat chapati batter, parata batter, and poori batter, along with a variety of traditional podis. Today, we are proud to be one of the trusted names in the ready-to-cook food segment in southern India.
